Lyonaisse Salad Bruschetta - Frisee and arugula, onion, and heirloom tomatoes tossed in a lemon-dijon vinaigrette, served over crostini and topped with a poached egg.
Course Three
Roasted Game Hen - Honey roasted game hen with fried parsnip fondant with balsamic glaze
Course Four
Cieple Lody (warm "ice cream") - served on a waffle cone wafer with chocolate ganache.
Local wine shop owner Beth Giacomo of "Wine for You" will be here to talk about the wines we're pairing with our wonderfully curated four-course dinner, all the while enjoying live acoustic music from the very talented guitarist Marcus Stevens.
Marcus is an experienced musician, songwriter, arranger, producer, and vocalist who has been performing both live and in the studio for many years, both on his own material and that of other artists. In his many years playing, he has opened for major label artists, as well as headlining shows of his own in a variety of venues.
The wines of the evening will also be available for purchase at unbeatable prices. It's a great opportunity to expand your collection or just stock up on a bottle or two!
